Michael Hannan
Vice President of Public Sector Services

Mike brings 20 years of experience providing Process Improvement and Information Technology Services in the Federal, Aerospace & Defense sector. He is responsible for the growth and development of the company's Public Sector practice, and for maximizing the value that offerings bring to it's public sector clients. He is a PMP-certified Project Manager who has led large delivery teams serving over 20 defense and civilian agency programs. Mike has an extensive background in the design and integration of complex financial management, defense acquisition management, and innovative custom software solutions.

Prior to joining NOVACES, Mike led multiple high-performing business units and practices at both services and software companies such as BearingPoint, General Dynamics IT, and Parametric Technologies Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters Degree in Information Systems from George Washington University, and a Masters Degree in International Affairs from American University.
