Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Healthcare – U.S. Nationwide
Job Description:
Provide Lean Six Sigma consulting and training services for healthcare clients. Conduct Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects in a healthcare facility.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to complete Lean Six Sigma projects in healthcare organizations.
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training in a classroom environment and facilitate hands-on exercises and simulations.
- Provide individual mentoring and coaching to Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Direct experience with Lean Six Sigma deployment in the healthcare industry
- Experience leading multiple Lean Six Sigma projects simultaneously, and providing mentoring and coaching to newly trained Black Belts and Green Belts
- Demonstrated mastery and application of Lean and Six Sigma tools during DMAIC projects, Rapid Improvement Events, and Value Stream Analyses
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and change management skills
- Exceptional computer skills including operation of Microsoft Office and Minitab
- College degree (BS/BA)
- Willing to travel 75+%
