NOVACES’ Beginnings
In 2004, with funding from the Office of Naval Research, the founders of NOVACES assisted Northrop Grumman Ship Systems in transforming ship construction into a process-focused architecture. The best practices from this project were replicated throughout Northrop Grumman’s three Gulf Coast shipyards (Avondale, Ingalls, and Gulfport), saving the organization $34 million in the first year alone.
Since then, our long-standing commitment to applied research and investing in highly experienced, specialized talent has delivered performance breakthroughs for our clients in advanced industries and demanding settings across the country and internationally.
