Environmental Services

NOVACES' staff has extensive experience providing environmental consulting services on program management and delivery teams. We have an internal group of environmental consultants that provide environmental compliance & oversight, project permitting and agency assistance, and NEPA planning and documentation. NOVACES environmental personnel understand state and local environmental procedures, guidelines, and expectations. We can deliver Environmental Site Assessments, NEPA Documentation, Ecology, Public Outreach, and Utility Coordination for owners, design firms, and consultants.
