Ivan Radovic
President

Ivan is president and a co-founder of NOVACES. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and American Society for Quality certified Six Sigma Black Belt. For 12 years, he managed process improvement assignments with Fortune 500 companies and with the U.S. government, including British Petrol, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Ivan also has extensive experience in the maritime industry, including process improvement projects with LNG tankers in the Far East for Energy Transportation Corporation, and he has directed similar efforts for the American Bureau of Shipping, American Heavy Lift Shipping, Baltec Ship Management, Columbia Ship Management and Pacific Gulf Marine. Today, he continues to teach Lean Six Sigma Executive and Black/Green Belt courses and mentors a wide variety of ongoing client projects. He is a member of American Society for Quality, International Society of Six Sigma Professionals, European Six Sigma Club, Royal Institute of Naval Architects, Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and he serves on the Ship Production Processes Panel for the National Shipbuilding Research Program. Ivan earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the University of New Orleans.
