NOVACES Awarded Lean Six Sigma Services Contract by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command
New Orleans, LA January 17, 2008 -- NOVACES has been competitively selected by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to provide Lean Six Sigma deployment support and curriculum development services. IMCOM is responsible for providing support services to soldiers and their families at U.S. Army installations around the world.
Lean Six Sigma is a business improvement methodology that helps organizations reach better quality faster and is one of the key components of IMCOM's business transformation strategy. NOVACES will provide consulting services for all aspects of IMCOM's Lean Six Sigma global deployment, with a key focus on building internal capability in order to make IMCOM's program self generating. The company also will develop a full suite of customized Lean Six Sigma curriculum and supplemental courses. The initial period of performance is 12 months.
