Learning from Continuous Process Improvement Deployment Initiatives Across the Services
Military personnel will learn about modern methods of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement to manage skyrocketing costs and gain knowlege for success in actual military practice. The many case studies and continuous process projects will demonstrate: defining problems, implementing solutions, and maintaining the successful gains in operational capabilities and financial performance.
